Anna Hildebrand has been our Travel Consultant for several years We have at all times found Anna willing and helpful for us at any time with a happy and cheery face. As we are older travellers, we sometimes find some of the documents daunting and Anna has at all times said “ Come in and I will help you which she does” Recently when we went overseas and we lost our wallet at the Sydney Airport, our first contact for assistance was Anna, and again when we were in Zurich with another problem. Both times her assistance was above and beyond. We are planning a few more trips and look forward to doing this with the assurance of Anna’s professionalism and kind help. We also were very impressed when COVID caused a major downturn to the travel Industry when Anna downsized her business and continued by herself to be there for her clients. During this difficult time, she never dropped her standards. We wish Anna every success for the future

I have been dealing with Anna for many years here in Esperance. I have family in England so do annual trips there and she is always there to help. Obviously, I have had other holidays where she has been just as accommodating and helpful with. Most recently, and only just returned from, was a family holiday to the UK, this was meant to occur before covid but was cancelled. For this as I was taking my daughters and grandchildren, Anna was so helpful with the planning and organising of everything, even when we did arrive, we had issues with our car hires that I had organised for my girls, when I emailed her about us being charged extra at pick up, she was straight onto the company and due to the hassle, we went through she even refunded me her commission on the booking of them. Fortunately, we did end up getting our monies refunded, but this was right down to the end at the return of vehicles. I wouldn`t fault Anna and shall continue to do all my holiday bookings with her- thanks again Anna for your help!
