"I wanted to pass on a note to recognise the support and efforts of Alex assisting me and Suzanne in organising, coordinating and providing suggestions for our many travels. Her responsiveness and attention to detail has been a highlight. Our last trip was to Italy and Monte Carlo, and then I needed to change flights to get to Moscow for another work trip. This was complicated by the fact that the original booking was for a return trip to Sydney for 2 of us. Alex was able to change flights, find appropriate accommodation in Moscow which was difficult, and then still maintain the integrity of the original booking onthe return flight, saving me money. Without Janene’s professional advice I would not have been able to spend treasured time with my father before he passed away... "2021 was an incredibly difficult year for myself and my family. During the COVID pandemic I was unable to find a flight from Switzerland to Melbourne to be with my father who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. However, I will always be incredibly grateful to Janene who worked tirelessly over the Christmas period to secure a seat for me on one of the limited number of commercial flights departing Europe.
